There's absolutely no reason to hop around Scotland nightly, packing and unpacking continuously when you can just settle in and unwind for a few days—perfectly situated in the heart of Scotland! From our central location, you can easily take day trips to explore most of Scotland - the West Highlands, parts of the North Highlands, Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glencoe and Ft. William, Inveraray, the Isles of Arran and Bute, as well as the beautiful Ayrshire region and several other destinations. So go ahead and leave your bags unpacked and enjoy your adventures at a relaxed pace with a discount to boot! This is what a holiday should be!Fascadail Country Guest House, built in 1825 by a local doctor, later became home to his son, Barclay Henry—a renowned Scottish painter. During wartime, the property was used by the British Admiralty. After World War II, it was transformed into a bed and breakfast and continues to welcome guests to this day. Each room is inspired by Scottish wildlife, featuring themes like stags, deer, foxes, sheep, wolves, and Highland coos. From your window, enjoy views of the surrounding mountains, lush gardens, and the loch. Even on stormy days, Fascadail remains cosy, warm, and full of light—especially when the owners light the fire in the inviting family room.
